System Checks

Use system checks to troubleshoot and make sure that the MiSeq i100 Plus is working properly. You can select multiple checks at the same time. You may be required to load reusable test cartridges before starting some of the system checks. If a reusable test cartridge is required, the Load Consumables button is available for selection. The estimated time to complete the system checks is displayed on the screen.

Run system checks as follows.

1.

Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner.

2.

Select Settings, and then select System Checks.

3.

Select the groups to be checked.

4.

If reusable test cartridges are required, load the reusable test cartridges as follows.

a.

Select Load reusable test cartridges to extend the dry tray.

b.

Load the dry test cartridge after the dry tray extends.

c.

Select Next to retract the dry tray and extend the wet tray.

d.

Load the wet test cartridge after the wet tray extends.

e.

Press Next to retract the wet tray and start the system checks.

5.

Select Start checks.
