Quality Metrics File
The quality metrics file (Quality_Stats.csv) file contains primary and derived quality metrics. The ReadNumber can include index or genomic reads: genomic reads will be represented as numeric (1,2) and index reads will be represented as I1, I2 when the corresponding index was present in the sequencing run. The headings are as follows:
