Install Illumina Microarray Analytics Array Analysis CLI

Use the following instructions to download and install the command-line interface used to run Array Analysis CLI. Administrative permissions are required to install and run analysis.

Download the CLI installation file using the link you receive from Illumina support.

When downloaded, extract the ARRAYANALYSIS-cli installation package to the desired folder. The executable can be found in the array-analysis-cli subfolder of the software download after extraction.

To confirm that the installation has been successful:

Open a command prompt (Windows) or terminal (Linux and Mac).

b. [Optional[ Add /path/to/array-analysis-cli to your PATH.

Execute the following command, substituting the local install location of the Array Analysis CLI executable:

/path/to/array-analysis-software/array-analysis-software version

If the installation was successful, the CLI displays the software version .
