Reference Genome File

Array Analysis CLI requires a reference genome to produce analysis outputs. Use the following instructions to download zip files for either build 37 or 38 of the human genome from the Array Analysis CLI page on the Illumina support site:

Download the correct data file package for your product.

A1 in the manifest name indicates that the content was designed for Build 37. Download Build 37 of the FASTA files.

A2 in the manifest name indicates that the content was designed for Build 38. Download Build 38 of the FASTA file.

For custom products, inspect the manifest CSV file.The GenomeBuild"column should specify either 37 or 38.

Unzip the data file package into the folder of your choice.
