Install Array Analysis CLI v2.1

Download and install ACLI as follows. Administrative permissions are required to install the software and run analysis.

1.

Download the installation package from the Array Analysis CLI v2.1 product page on the Illumina support site.

2.

Log in using your MyIllumina credentials when prompted.

When downloaded, place the ARRAYANALYSIS-cli installation package to the desired folder. Typical installation folders are as follows.

Linux and Mac: /usr/local/bin

•

Windows: C:\Program Files

The executable can be found in the array-analysis-cli subfolder of the software download after extraction.

To confirm that the installation has been successful, do as follows.

a.

Open a command prompt (Windows) or terminal (Linux and Mac).

b.

[Optional] Add /path/to/array-analysis-cli to your PATH.

c.

Execute the following command, substituting the local install location of the ACLI executable:

/path/to/array-analysis-cli-{platform}-acli-{version}/array-analysis-cli-{platform}-acli-{version}/array-analysis-cli/array-analysis-cli version

If the installation was successful, the CLI displays the software version.
