Infinium EX Assay Semi-Automated Workflow

This protocol outlines the steps required to process samples for EX24 and EX48.

Any of the following steps can be run using automation where available. Automation is highly recommended for the Load DNA onto BeadChips step in preparation for Set Up BeadChips for Hybridization. Extend and Stain BeadChips is only supported as an automated procedure.
