Infinium Assay Lab Setup and Procedures

Before using these procedures, refer to Infinium Lab Setup and Best Practices (document # 11322460) for how to set up and run an Infinium HD Methylation Assay laboratory.

The instructions apply to all BeadChips provided by Illumina. All HD Methylation Assay documentation assumes that you have already set up the laboratory space and that you are familiar with the standard procedures and safety precautions.

For optimal performance of the HD Methylation Assay, conduct the daily and weekly maintenance tasks as instructed in the operator manual for the automation handling systems.
