Illumina GenomeStudio

The Illumina GenomeStudio 2011.1 Methylation Module, included with your Illumina Infinium HTS Methylation Assay system, is an application for extracting genome-wide DNA methylation data from intensity data files (IDAT files) collected from an Illumina scanning instrument.
