Automated Protocol

This section describes pre- and post-amplification automated laboratory protocols for the Infinium LCG Assay both with and without using the IlluminaLaboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to track barcodes and other project information. Follow the protocols in the order shown. For information on using LIMS, refer to the Illumina LIMS Software Guide (document # 1000000032951).
