No Illumina LIMS
Use the following guidelines to perform the automated protocol without Illumina LIMS:
| • | At each step in the protocol, make sure that the Use Barcodes checkbox is cleared. |
| • | At each step in the protocol, you are prompted to enter the number of samples, plates, or BeadChips. Enter the requested information and select OK. |
