Pause or Stop a Scan

You can pause or stop a scan at any time.

To pause the scan, select Pause.

The scan continues to the end of the current BeadChip section, and then stops. The scan remains suspended until you select Resume.

To stop the scan, select Cancel.

A confirmation message displays. Confirm the command to stop the scan process without completing the current section. All completed sections are saved to disk.

If you choose to rescan the BeadChip later, rescan all incomplete sections.
