Load Sample Libraries

When the reagent cartridge is fully thawed and ready for use, load prepared libraries onto the cartridge.

1.

Clean the foil seal covering the reservoir labeled Load Samples with a low-lint lab tissue.

2.

Pierce the foil seal with a clean 1 ml pipette.

3.

Pipette 600 µl prepared libraries into the reservoir Load Samples. Avoid touching the foil seal.

4.

Proceed directly to the run setup steps using the MiSeq Control Software (MCS) interface.
