Secondary Analysis Options

MiSeq sequencing data can be analyzed on the instrument computer using Local Run Manager or on the cloud using BaseSpace Sequence Hub. These applications generate information about alignment, variants, and contig assemblies for each requested genome and for every sample in a multisample run.
