From the BaseSpace Sequence Hub Options screen, select Use BaseSpace Sequence Hub for this run. |

Select one of the following options: |

Run Monitoring from anywhere— Send only run information files to BaseSpace Sequence Hub so runs can be monitored remotely. |
|

Run analysis, collaboration, and storage— Send all run data to BaseSpace Sequence Hub for remote monitoring, data analysis, collaboration, and storage. |
