Set Up a Run in MiSeq Control Software Overview

From the Main Menu, select Reboot to reboot the system software.

[Optional] Check the Output and Sample Sheets folder location. For more information, refer to Set Default Folder Locations.

From the Home screen, select Sequence to begin the run setup steps.

A series of run setup screens open in the following order: Run Setup Option (Local Run Manager, Sample Sheet, Manual), BaseSpace Sequence Hub Option, Load Flow Cell, Load Reagents, Review, and Pre-Run Check.
