Sequencing Consumables

Sequencing on the MiSeq i100 Plus requires one single-use MiSeq i100 Plus System reagent kit. Each component uses radio-frequency identification (RFID) for accurate consumable tracking and compatibility. The reagent kit contains the following components:

Resuspension Buffer (RSB) tube

•

Library Denaturation Buffer (KLD) tube

All kit components are shipped at room temperature.
