Sign In and Sign Out
You are automatically signed out of the control software after 30 minutes of inactivity or the set sign-out time. Adjust the default sign-out time in the Password policy screen in Settings. Refer to Password Policy for instructions.
If the MiSeq i100 Plus System network settings are configured to connect to BaseSpace Sequence Hub, you can log in to your BaseSpace Sequence Hub account by selecting Switch to cloud account.
After being signed out, selecting Start or Eject consumables prompts you to sign in. Alternatively, you can sign in using the menu icon.

If you are not connected to the cloud, sign in with your local account user name and password. |
|

If you are logging in as a new user for the first time, then you are prompted to change your password. |

If you are connected to the cloud, sign in with your BaseSpace Sequence Hub user name and password, and then select your workgroup. You can only select planned runs created by users in the selected workgroup. Alternatively, select Sign in to local instrument and sign in using your local account. |
Sign Out

After signing out, the control software closes the menu and returns to the Start screen.
