DRAGEN

Administrators can install or uninstall multiple DRAGEN versions. You can also update the DRAGEN license.

Install DRAGEN Versions

1.

Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner.

2.

Select Settings, and then select DRAGEN.

3.

On the Versions tab, select Install version.

4.

Navigate to the installer, and then select Open.

5.

Select Install.

A message indicates if the installation was successful or failed.

Uninstall DRAGEN Versions

1.

Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner.

2.

Select Settings, and then select DRAGEN.

3.

To uninstall a previous DRAGEN version, do as follows.

a.

On the Versions tab, select the ellipsis icon in the Actions column.

b.

Select Uninstall.

c.

Select Yes, uninstall.

4.

To uninstall the latest DRAGEN version, do as follows.

a.

On the Versions tab, select the ellipsis icon in the Actions column.

b.

Select Uninstall all.

c.

Select Yes, uninstall all.

Perform DRAGEN Self Test

You cannot run a self test if performing analysis.

1.

Select the menu icon in the upper-left corner.

2.

Select Settings, and then select DRAGEN.

3.

On the Versions tab, select the ellipsis icon in the Actions column for a specific DRAGEN version.

4.

Select Run self test.

The self test takes up to 20 minutes to complete. After the self test completes, a message indicates if the version passed or failed.

5.

If the self test fails, select the ellipsis icon in the Actions column, and then select Show self test log to review log information.
