Plan a Run Using Custom Primers

1.

Select a Planned run or initiate a Manual run. For more information on setting up your run, refer to Create a Local Planned Run.

Deselect the Sequence Indexes First checkbox.

3.

Select the appropriate custom primers.

4.

Select Review and continue with the run setup.
