Pedestal (Remove and Attach)
The MiSeq i100 Series system comes with a pedestal that attaches to the bottom of the instrument. Use the following instructions to remove and attach the pedestal.
Remove the Pedestal

Disconnect any cables connected to the USB ports. |

2.

Place hands on both sides of the pedestal, and then gently press down to release the pedestal. |

3.
|
Slide the pedestal towards the front of the instrument and set aside. |
Attach the Pedestal
|
1.
|
Line up the magnets along the rail with the pedestal. |
|
2.
|
Lift the pedestal up until it snaps into place, making sure that the pedestal does not block the power button. |
