Pre-Run Checks

Pre-run checks include software system checks, instrument checks, and fluidics checks.

1.

Wait ~15 minutes for pre-run checks to complete.

After pre-run checks are completed, the run starts automatically.

To stop pre-run checks, select Cancel checks, and then select Yes, cancel checks to confirm.

3.

If an error occurs, select Retry to redo the check.

4.

If the error is related to insufficient storage space, select Clear storage space to navigate to the Completed tab on the Runs screen.

5.

If an error occurs without a retry option, select Cancel run or Back to return to the Start screen.
