Resource Files
You can import reference genomes or reference files. You can remove existing reference genomes or reference files to clear hard drive space.
Import Reference Genomes
You can add and delete reference genomes on the Genomes tab in the Resources settings screen. The Genomes tab displays the genome name, if they are a standard or custom genome, the species, and the genome source.

Select Settings, and then select Resource files. |

On the Genomes tab, select Import genome. |
|
4.
|
Navigate to the reference genome (*.tar.gz), and then select Open. |
Import Reference Files
You can add and delete reference files and reference packages, on the Reference Files tab in the Resources settings screen. The Reference Files tab displays the reference file name, file type, and version.

Select Settings, and then select Resource files. |

On the Reference Files tab, select Import reference file. |

Navigate to the reference file, and then select Select. |

[Optional] Enter a description for the reference file. |

Select a file type from the drop-down list. |
If your file type is not listed, select Other and enter the file type in the field that appears.

8.

Select the reference genomes related to the reference file. |
