The reagent kit includes the cartridge and flow cell for sequencing, and RSB with Tween 20. When you receive your reagent kit:

Promptly store components at the indicated temperatures to ensure proper performance.
Do not open any silver foil bag until instructed to do so.
Store cartridges in their box to avoid tearing or puncturing the foil bag.
Store cartridges with the arrows pointing up.

If cartridge label is not facing up, sequencing data is negatively impacted.

Both consumables have identifiers for tracking and ensuring compatibility. The cartridge and flow cell use RFIDradio-frequency identification.
