CentOS Updates

Use the following instructions to install NextSeq 1000/2000 OS updates via the graphical user interface. This procedure requires a network connection.

If using the terminal to install updates, contact Illumina Technical Support for instructions.

1.

If NextSeq 1000/2000 Control Software is open, select Minimize Application.

2.

Log in to ilmnadmin.

3.

Select Applications.

4.

Under System Tools, select Software Updates.

A list displays any available updates that can correct errors, eliminate security vulnerabilities, and provide new features.

5.

Select Install Updates.
