Set BaseSpace Sequence Hub Configuration

From the Home screen, select Manage Instrument. |

Select System Configuration. |

Select BaseSpace Sequence Hub Configuration. |

Select from the following options to specify a location where data are transferred for analysis. |

From the Hosting Location list, select the location of the server where data are uploaded to. |
|

|
If you have an Enterprise subscription, select the Private Domain checkbox and enter the domain name (URL) used for single sign-on to BaseSpace Sequence Hub. |
For example: https://yourlab.basespace.illumina.com.
