Used to make 40 ml 0.05% Tween 20 wash solution Loaded onto buffer wash cartridge (center reservoir) |
| 1. | Combine the following volumes to result in a 0.05% Tween 20 wash solution: |
| • | 100% Tween 20 (20 µl) |
| • | Laboratory-grade water (40 ml) |
| 2. | Add 40 ml wash solution to the center reservoir of the buffer wash cartridge. |
| 3. | Select Perform Wash, and then select Quick Wash. |
