Plan a Cloud Sequencing Run

Use the Run Planning option in BaseSpace Sequence Hub to set up a sequencing run. After saving, the run is available on the instrument for sequencing. If the instrument is not connected to the cloud, you can use Run Planning to generate a sample sheet v2 file to upload for a new sequencing run.
