Pre-Run Checks

Pre-run checks include software system checks, instrument checks, alignment checks, and fluidics checks.

1.

Wait ~35 minutes for pre-run checks to complete.

After pre-run checks are completed, the run starts automatically.

2.

To stop pre-run checks, select Cancel, and then Yes, cancel checks to confirm.

3.

If an error occurs, select Retry to redo the check.

Errors that cannot be retried do not display a retry option.

If a fluidics error occurs, select one of the following. You cannot retry fluidics checks.

Return to start—Return to the Start screen.

Back to consumables—Return to the Load Consumables screen.
