Advanced Exchange
Because the air filter and drip tray pad are the only serviceable parts the iSeq 100 has, Illumina uses Advanced Exchange to fix issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
Advanced Exchange replaces a damaged or defective system with a refurbished system. To minimize downtime, you receive the replacement system before shipping back the original.

Regional Availability
Advanced Exchange is available in most regions. Other regions can continue to rely on field service engineers. Ask Illumina Technical Support which support models are available in your region.
