The [Optional] Methylation Control Panel provides methylation conversion quality control metrics. Use the [Optional] Methylation Control Panel with the required Illumina Custom Enrichment Panel v2. To prepare the [Optional] Methylation Control Panel for the protocol, refer to Prepare Reagents, and then Hybridize Probes.
