The Illumina Single Cell Supplemental Enrichment and Amplification Kit protocol was designed to facilitate custom scRNA-Seq applications with Illumina Single Cell 3′ RNA kits. The protocol requires some equipment from the Illumina Single Cell Prep Starter Equipment Kit.
