This section describes the Illumina FFPE DNA Prep with Exome 2.5 Enrichment protocol.
Review the planned complete sequencing workflow, from sample through analysis, to ensure compatibility of products and experiment parameters. Before beginning library preparation, record sample information and assign each sample a unique dual index.
The protocol includes the following options for hybridization:
