The library prep kits provide depletion, cDNA synthesis, and library prep reagents in a 16- or 96-sample size. The anchor sets provide premixed Index 1 (i7) and Index 2 (i5) adapters with the adapters necessary for ligation.

The Illumina kits do not include Agencourt RNAClean XP or Agencourt AMPure XP. For suppliers, refer to User-Supplied Consumables & Equipment.
