This resource explains how to prepare libraries of genomic DNA (gDNA) using the Illumina Complete Long Read Prep kit.

Illumina Complete Long Read Prep:

Uses long-read sequencing technology to access areas of the genome that are traditionally challenging to map.

•

Generates sequencing-ready libraries from a minimum of 10 ng gDNA input in ~7 hours.

•

Provides analysis using the DRAGEN ICLR WGS (Illumina Complete Long Reads) App available on BaseSpace Sequence Hub.
