The protocol has been optimized and validated using the items listed. Comparable performance is not guaranteed when using alternate consumables and equipment.

Use separate sets of consumables and equipment for pre-PCR and post-PCR procedures. Different types of magnetic stands are needed for pre-PCR and post-PCR procedures.
