Consumables and Equipment
The TruPath Genome protocol requires the following consumables and equipment:
| • | Either a C2 flow cell (for two samples, one per lane) paired with a NovaSeq X 1.5B reagent cartridge, or a C8 flow cell (for eight samples, one per lane) paired with a NovaSeq X 10B reagent cartridge. |

| • | Various user-supplied consumables and equipment. |
