The lllumina Viral Surveillance Panel v2 kit includes library prep and enrichment reagents, an enrichment panel, Illumina Purification Beads (IPB), and index adapters. The number of index adapters required depends on the number of samples to be uniquely indexed for your experiment. Four options are available, to allow for multiplexing up to 384 samples. The only difference among the kits is the index plate included. The enrichment panel is also available as a stand-alone product for experiments requiring single-plex. Note that the enrichment panel is included in the kits and does not need to be purchased separately.
