This section describes the VeriSeq NIPT Solution v2 – RUO protocol.

Review the planned complete sequencing workflow, from sample through analysis, to ensure compatibility of products and experiment parameters.

Before proceeding, confirm kit contents and make sure that you have the required components, equipment, and consumables. This protocol requires library prep reagents and index adapters. Index adapters are sold separately. Refer to Consumables & Equipment for more information.

Follow the protocols in the order shown, using the specified volumes and incubation parameters.
