Reports File Structure
The VeriSeq NIPT Assay Software saves reports in a specific structure under the Output folder.
VeriSeq NIPT Assay Software Reports Folder Structure
The VeriSeq NIPT Assay Software saves reports to the Batch Name folder with the following organization:
| • | Main folder (Batch Name folder)–Contains reports that provide results or are associated with LIMS-generated email notifications. For details, refer to Results and Notifications Reports. |
| • | ProcessLogs folder—Contains reports related to process. For details, refer to Process Reports. |
