Start from BCL Files
The run folder contains data from the sequencing run. To run the DRAGEN TruSight Oncology 500 ctDNA Local Analysis Software using BCL files, make sure that the run folder contains the following files:

Use the following command to run the DRAGEN TruSight Oncology 500 ctDNA Local Analysis Software starting from BCL files:
DRAGEN_TruSight_Oncology_500_ctDNA.sh ‑‑runFolder <FULL_PATH_TO_RUN_FOLDER>
