The recommended panel sizes for each compatible assay type are as follows.

Probe Length

Enrichment v2 custom panels have a probe length of 120 bp. The center-to-center probe spacing settings for each compatible assay type are as follows.

0.75X—160 bp	Not applicable	Not applicable. Illumina Complete Long Reads with Enrichment uses an integrated probe spacing setting that is optimized for the assay. Probe settings cannot be modified.
