Access Log Files
To access the ILASS log files for troubleshooting an issue, complete the following steps.

1.

On the instrument control computer, navigate to File Explorer and enter C:\ProgramData\Illumina\ILASS-Infinium\logs. |
|
2.
|
Open a log file in a compatible text reader (for example, Notepad). |
|
3.
|
Check the following log folders: |
|
•
|
activity—Contains log information on the various activities performed on the ICC |
|
•
|
application—Contains log information on errors, warnings, and information from the ILASS application |
|
•
|
assayrun—Contains log information on the assay run |
