Access Log Files

To access the ILASS log files for troubleshooting an issue, complete the following steps.

1. On the instrument control computer, navigate to File Explorer and enter C:\ProgramData\Illumina\ILASS-Infinium\logs.
2. Open a log file in a compatible text reader (for example, Notepad).
3. Check the following log folders:
activity—Contains log information on the various activities performed on the ICC
application—Contains log information on errors, warnings, and information from the ILASS application
assayrun—Contains log information on the assay run
