System Settings

System settings are global parameters for user security, automated data maintenance, service accounts, reference genome repository assignment, and program certificates. The following tasks can be managed in the system settings:

System security settings include Password Expiration, User Lockout, Auto Logout, and Password Reset Reminder.

•

System maintenance includes automatic cleanup of inactive run folders, and an option to Backup Now.

Backup files are password protected.

A Database Backup Secret must be set for automatic database backup to work.

•

Service account settings include changing user accounts for data analysis, performing backups, and data storage.

•

Set application language.

Local Run Manager comes installed with the English language pack only. Other languages are not supported at this time.

•

Manage Local Run Manager certificates.

•

Change the network output path.
