Download one of the following installers from the Sequencing Analysis Viewer support site page. |
For instructions on viewing your processor or chip type, visit the documentation available on the Apple website.

For computers using an Apple silicon processor, download the ARM64 installer. |

For computers using an Intel processor, download the X64 installer. |

In the Downloads folder, unzip and then double-click the installer. |

Drag the Sequencing Analysis Viewer application into your Applications folder. |

Open the Terminal application, and then navigate to the Applications folder. |
|

Use the xattr command to enable SAV. |
SAV is not available in the Mac app store, which prevents OS security from interpreting the file as malware. The following command allows SAV to run by modifying the security attribute Mac assigns to the app.
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine Sequencing\ Analysis\ Viewer.app

To launch SAV, double-click the Sequencing Analysis Viewer application in your Applications folder. |
