Introduction
Sequencing Analysis Viewer is a software application that allows you to view quality metrics generated by Real-Time Analysis (RTA) software on Illumina sequencing systems as the sequencing run progresses. RTA is compatible with NovaSeq™ X Series, NovaSeq™ 6000, NextSeq™ 1000/200, NextSeq™ 500/550, MiSeq™, MiniSeq™, iSeq™ 100, HiSeq™ X Series.
You can install SAV on your sequencing system or on a personal computer to view quality metrics from a remote location.
Requirements
SAV requires the following to run on a computer or sequencing system:
| • | Desktop computer running 64-bit processor. |
| • | Linux, MacOS, or Windows 10 or later. |
| • | Network access to the run data. |
| • | Existing versions of SAV 3.0 or later must be uninstalled before installing new version. |
