Create a Custom Index Kit Definition File
| 1. | From the dashboard navigation bar, select the Tools drop-down list, and then select Index & Library Prep Kits. |
| 2. | Select Index kit. |
| 3. | Select Download Template. An index kit definition template file, local-run-manager-index-kit-template.tsv, is saved to your computer. |
| 4. | Open the template file in a text editor and edit the file with your custom parameters. |
The template file has the following section titles, headings, and information. Make sure that you separate the parameters with tabs.

This section is optional. If resource applies to all LibraryPrepKits, leave LibraryPrepKits column blank. Otherwise, enter a comma-separated string of applicable library prep kit names
