Users
The MiSeq i100 Series Control Software has the following roles:
| • | Sequencer operators—Allows the user to perform sequencing and access all sequencing features. To access the control software on-instrument, a user must be assigned the Sequencer operators role. This is the default role when a new user is created. |
| • | Administrators—Allows the user to access all administrator functions and settings. You can assign the user to the Administrators role when adding a user. The Administrators role includes all the access given to the Sequencer operators role. |
The following Settings permissions are available for each role. The Sequencer operators role is selected by default when a new user is created and the Administrators role can also be selected. Refer to Add Users.
