Set Up a Run for Custom Primers

For more information on setting up your run, refer to Configure Run Mode.

1.

Select one of the following options for each read and index in the NextSeq 1000/2000 Control Software run setup.

•

No—Use Illumina primer. No is the default selection.

•

Custom 1—Use the primer added to the Custom 1 well.

•

Custom 2—Use the primer added to the Custom 2 well.

2.

When run parameters are complete, select Prep.
