Protocol

This section describes the TruSight Oncology 500 ctDNA v2 protocol.

• Review the planned complete sequencing workflow, from sample through analysis, to ensure compatibility of products and experiment parameters.
• Before proceeding, confirm the kit contents and make sure that you have the required components, equipment, and consumables. This protocol requires library prep and enrichment reagents, UMI DNA index anchors, and index adapters. The UMI DNA index anchors and index adapters are ordered separately. Refer to Product Contents for details.
• Follow the protocol in the order shown, using the specified volumes and incubation parameters.
• Before beginning library preparation, record sample information and assign each sample a unique dual index.
• For index adapter sequences and how to record them, refer to Illumina Adapter Sequences.
