Web User Interface
The VeriSeq NIPT Assay Software hosts a local web user interface (UI) that allows easy access to the Onsite Server from anywhere on the network. The web UI provides the following functions:
The VeriSeq NIPT Assay Software web UI does not support the use of mobile devices.

View recent activities—Identifies the steps completed during the assay execution. The user is alerted to many of these activities by the email notification system. For more information, refer to Assay Software Notifications. |

View errors and alerts—Identifies problems that might prevent the assay from proceeding further. Error messages and alerts are sent to the user through the email notification system. For more information, refer to Assay Software Notifications. |

Configure the server network settings—Illumina personnel typically configure the network during system installation. Modifications may be required if the local network requires IT changes. For more information, refer to Configure Network and Server Settings. |

Manage server access—The Onsite Server allows Administrator and Operator level access. These access levels control viewing of the activity, alert, and error logs and modification of the networking and data mapping settings. For more information, refer to Manage Users. |

Configure sequencing data folder—By default, the server stores sequencing data. However, a central NAS can be added to expand storage capacity. For more information, refer to Map Server Drives. |

Configure email notification subscribers list—Manages a list of subscribers to receive email notifications comprising error messages and assay process alerts. For more information, refer to Configure System Email Notifications. |

Reboot or shutdown the server—Restarts or shuts down the server, if needed. A reboot or shutdown can be required for a configuration setting to take effect or as a remedy for a server failure. For more information, refer to Reboot the Server and Shut Down the Server. |
